Migratory birds visit Iran’s river: Photos

As the Zayandeh-Rud dam temporarily opens the water flow, migratory birds flock to the river in the historic Iranian city of Isfahan.  

Zayandeh-Rud lies in Iran’s central plateau. It comes from Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province and flows into Isfahan Province.
